Note | The interment of the remains of the late Mr. Frederick Strachan, of Mosman, took place yesterday in the Methodist section of the Gore Hill Cemetery, in the presence of a large gathering. The service of the Plymouth Brethren, to which sect the deceased belonged, was conducted be Mr Stewart, besides which several of the members present offered special prayers. The chief mourners were Messrs. Frederick and Walter Strachan (sons), and amongst others present were:- Messrs. James Henderson (manager of the City Bank), James Marks (inspector), Eugene Croft, R.A. Dobbie, N.A Mason, A.E. Sampson, Geo. Westcott, and A.L. Thomas (members of the staff of the City Bank). F.H. Potts (Bank of New South Wales), J.Davis (Under-Secretary for Works), P.W. Ortos, P.S. Chapman, and Albert Gregory, as well as a large number of ladies, who joined in the religious service.
