- This is the last Will and Testament of me Isaac Henry Thurston of Vermont near Melbourne in the State of Victoria. I GIVE DEVISE and bequeath unto my wife Maria Jane Thurston and the members of our family, viz. Victoria Dobson, Mayo Patience Watson, Violet Robertina Breech Parry and Oscar Hedley Vicars Thurston to be divided between then into five equal amounts or portions the whole of my personal estate whish at this date amounts to about two hundred pounds more or less, after the following deductions have been made, viz. the sum of one pound sterling each to be deposited in a Savings Bank in the names of each of my grandchildren in the hope it may be added to as they grow up, and the payment of the necessary funeral and mortuary expenses connected with my decease. AND I HEREBY APPOINT William David Parrep of Station St, Camberwell, in the State of Victoria EXECUTOR of this my Will.
