Note: PENELOPE Devereux married Robert Rich 3rd Baron Rich who was at the sacking of Cadiz under the Earl of Essex in 1596 and was advanced by King James 1 to the Earldom of Warwick on the 6th August 1618. There were 7 children of the marriage Robert, Henry my ancestor, Charles, Lettice, Penelope, Essex and Isabel. The Earl of Warwick died in 1618.
